Par cet amendement de repli, le groupe LFI souhaite renforçer les garanties accordées aux maîtres d'ouvrage. La suppression de la solidarité juridique entre cotraitants ne doit pas se traduire par un vide de garantie pour les maître d'ouvrage. L'obligation d'assurance individuelle et la désignation d'un mandataire commun constituent des garde-fous indispensables.
