Cet amendement complète le dispositif de déchéance d’un avantage matrimonial adopté en commission. Il donne la qualité à agir à l’héritier ou au ministère public dans un délai de six mois (article 1399‑3), prévoit la faculté de pardonner pour la personne victime de violences (article 1399‑4) et l’obligation pour l’époux déchu de rendre les biens et revenus issus de la liquidation du régime matrimonial (article 1399‑5).
